virgo solar eclipse ritual

I am offering an archetypal yoga practice for mind/body/soul support during eclipse season, and I hope you can join me from the comfort of your own home. This is a therapeutic/restorative practice open to all levels. Class is free of charge (small donations are accepted on Venmo @Erin-Aylmer).

This solar eclipse is happening in the sign of Virgo, so I will introduce the archetypal essence of Virgo energy. We will have time to cultivate new moon intentions that honor and embody the essence of the season. Please feel free to bring a journal for some quiet reflection. This practice is a way of coming home to yourself within the Cosmic flow of life unfolding all around you.
