Welcome the New Year drinking tea with friends under the reflection of the Full Moon.
Karen will guide a slow flow while Eryn sprinkles astrological insight throughout the practice to invoke embodied cosmic connection. Our practice will end with savasana and have time for reflection and writing while drinking tea.
Please bring a journal and other items for quiet contemplation.
