Erin Aylmer, E-RYT 500, is a hatha yoga teacher with 15 years of teaching experience, an archetypal astrologer, and the founder of Archetypal Yoga.
Archetypal Yoga is a synthesis of hatha yoga and archetypal astrology with the intention to blend complementary, opposing, or seemingly incompatible energies into a harmonious, balanced whole.
